The spirit of Web3 has always been decentralisation, democratisation, and inclusiveness. Yet, while women make up almost 50% of the world’s population, this is not reflected in the Web3 space. How can we contribute to the burgeoning movement of Web3, and create a truly inclusive, supportive, and sustainable environment for women in a currently still male-dominated realm? The panel discussion invites powerful female leaders in the Web3 space to share their views on Web3, and the key in cultivating a collective future that shares visions of diversity, collaborations and an ecosystem that uplifts humanity.
