Attendance at the Event is Subject to the Below Terms and Conditions

• **All VIP ticket holders must present the same photo ID as the name stated on the ticket upon entry.

• Each ticket admits 1 person to attend Digital Art Fair Asia Edition | Hong Kong 2023.

• VIP tickets are non-transferrable.

• The right of admission is reserved by the Organiser.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• No refund on any ticket except in the instance that the event is canceled or in accordance with applicable laws in the region of purchase and at the discretion of the promoter. Service charges are not refundable. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement or exchange of tickets, subject to availability and seller’s policy.

• All admission tickets must be purchased online prior to arriving at the venue. 

• Advertised programs, talks, and tours may be varied without notice. Galleries may be added, withdrawn, or substituted and the right to vary audience capacity is reserved. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.

• Entry is subject to venue capacity.

• Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.

• All bags may be subject to a visual inspection.

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial packages or at a premium, nor may it be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

• Visitors must arrive and vacate the premises during the times listed on their ticket. No admission will be allowed within 30 minutes of the end of your session time.

• All tickets must be accompanied by a valid photo ID.

• All concessionary tickets must be accompanied by a valid photo ID.

• All visitors must comply with the Visitor Admission Policy, Regulations, and Measures

• Eating and drinking from outside vendors are strictly prohibited within the venue.

• For safety and security reasons, all visitors and their belongings are subject to thorough inspection before entering and leaving the show premises.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

• Suitcases or huge packages are not allowed at the venue, trolleys of any size must be checked-in at the reception.

• Bags, briefcases, and similar items larger than 12″ x 6″ x 10″ (30 x 15 x 25 cm) are all not allowed at the venue. Items that do not comply with this policy are prohibited.

• Only one bag per person is allowed.

• Personal/non-professional use of photography is permitted; however, it must be conducted without disruption to the galleries or visitors, and with the safety of the visitors in mind and avoid touching the artwork.

• Pets and animals are not permitted in the show halls, with the exception of certified service animals for visitors with disabilities.

• Please note that press and promotional photography and filming may be taking place on the premises. Your attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).

• Please be mindful of your belongings.

• The Organizer will not be liable for any lost or damaged items left on the premises.

• Please do not bring artwork for valuation.

• Food and beverages are prohibited in the show halls.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the show premises.

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

• All issues not expressly provided for in these Rules & Regulations for Visitors are to be decided by The Organizer alone, subject to applicable law.

• Remind your children to always walk, not run.

• Remind children that security guards protect us and the art; please ask your children to respect their requests.

• Instruct your children to never touch art as it can be damaged by the natural oils on their fingers.

• The contents of these Digital Art Fair Rules may be amended or supplemented by Digital Art Fair Limited at any time without prior notice.

• In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this Digital Art Fair Rules, the English version shall apply and prevail.
