COVID-19 Preventative Measures and Policies 

We are delighted to provide the most enjoyable and unforgettable digital art experience for you while valuing everyone’s health and safety. We will comply with the protocol and necessary measures required by the HKSAR government including social distancing restrictions and regulations on indoor gatherings. The following will be a few things we would like you to know:

  • When the hall has reached its controlled capacity, ALL visitors thereafter must be asked to line up in the designated entry area on the concourse.

  • All visitors must scan the QR code and complete an electronic registration form to record guest’s attendance and answer key questions for covid measures.

  • Timed entry will be implemented. Advanced booking is required in order to secure visitor entry.

  • All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering the show as well as for the entire duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.

  • Temperature check and hand sanitizing are mandatory before entering the fair. Any person with body temperature 37.5˚C or above will be denied entry.

  • All persons wearing "compulsory quarantine" wristbands will be prohibited from entering the venue.

  • Eating and drinking is prohibited in all areas of the fair.

  • Do not gather at the venue and please practice proper social distance (maximum groups of 4).

為了使閣下於亞洲電子藝術展覽2021 有安全舒適的體驗,請留意以下於場內採取的防疫措施:

  • 亞洲電子藝術展覽2021 會場內會採取嚴格的人流管制措施,場內最多容納百分之五十的參觀者。

  • 參觀者需於網上預留參觀時段以便進行人流管制措施。

  • 入場人士必須使用「安心出行」流動應用程式或登記個人資料,請提前作好準備。

  • 在會場內請全程佩戴自備口罩。

  • 進入會場之參觀者須接受體溫檢測,若有發燒征狀,請勿進入會場。

  • 會場內會提供酒精搓手液供參觀者使用。

  • 會場內不可飲食。

  • 是次展覽只接受非現金交易(如:PayMe, Alipay, FPS,etc)

  • 請於會場內保持社交距離,避免人群聚集。

亞洲電子藝術展覽 2021 會加強設施的清潔和消毒並不時檢視情況,有需要時將調整有關預防措施。

DAFA 2021 Adverse Weather Policy

If the tropical cyclone warning signal is No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is issued during opening hours, and the fair will remain open.

 

If the above signal is in force before opening hours, the fair will be closed until the signal is cancelled. Opening hours will be resumed in two hours or less after the cancellation of the signal. 

 

DAFA 2021 惡劣天氣措施

 

 

如在展覽開放時間內發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號/黑色暴雨信號,展館將繼續開放。

 

如上述惡劣天氣警告於開館時間前生效,展館將關閉,直至惡劣天氣信號除下。展覽將於上述信號除下後兩小時內恢復開放。

Other Policies

Bag Policy
Only one bag per person is allowed. Smaller bags can be taken into the halls but will be subject to inspection. Backpacks, suitcases and trolleys of any size are not allowed. Bags, briefcases, and similar items larger than 16" x 8" x 16" (40 x 20 x 40 cm) will be prohibited .

Prohibited Items in Halls
Backpacks, suitcases, trolleys of any size; large umbrellas and any other items that might cause damage; firearms, self-defense and/or any sharp items; recreational wheeled devices (e.g. Segways, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc.); drones.

 

Umbrellas

During the fair if bad weather occurs, guests may bring umbrellas but must be left at the designated umbrella stands by the entrance. Failure to compile may result in visitors being denied entry on the spot. DAFA is not responsible for the loss of any personal umbrella or personal items during the fair.    

Food and Drinks
No food or drinks are allowed within the halls.

Mobility Aids and Medical Equipment
Mobility aids for people with disabilities (e.g. wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, canes, prosthetic devices, and other orthotic devices) are allowed. Personal medical equipment is also allowed.

Camera Policy
Cameras no larger than 6" x 5" x 3" (16 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm) in size are permitted. One lens, no more than 80mm in focal length, is permitted. The following are prohibited: medium or large-format cameras, super-zoom or telephoto lenses, flashes, extendable camera devices (e.g. monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.), drones and video recording. Any device that does not comply with this policy will be prohibited.

Visitor Photography Policy
Personal or non-professional use photography is permitted, only if conducted without disruption to the galleries or visitors, and with the safety of the artworks in mind. Press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on the premises. Attendance at the fair implies permission for your image to be used for marketing other commercial purposes (including media reports).

 

Marketing Material Distribution
The distribution of flyers and any other marketing materials is subject to authorization. Unauthorized distribution will result in the visitor being asked to leave the fair and removal of all materials.

Service Dogs and Assistance Animals
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the exhibition halls, except for certified service animals for visitors with disabilities.
