“In Suspension” invites viewers to reflect on the experience of individuals facing challenging moments in their lives through its feature of a lone individual sitting at a table surrounded by shifting lighting states that symbolise the passing of time. The artwork changes dynamically based on how long a viewer has been viewing the piece, encouraging viewers to sit and simply be present with the figure, providing a chance for some introspective peace. The character's gentle movements allude to a state of suspension and stasis, provoking an inner exploration of the power of connection and the strength of human support.

"Lethe"
objektpermanenz

Starting bid: $150 SGD
"Lethe" is a reflection on humanity's detachment from nature. The artwork symbolizes forgetfulness and speaks to the fragile relationship between humans and the natural world, reminding us of our intrinsic connection to nature that is too often overlooked. A delicate balance we must strive to preserve.
Beyond the wall
Louis-Paul Caron

Starting bid: $4500 SGD
Part of the series Incendies, this digital artwork is a critic of society's denial behavior in time of crises.
Grasping the full extent of an issue like climate change is a significant challenge. Our perception of reality can be biased, limited and misinformed, which hinders collective action during major crises.
A bright future is ahead, we must unite and squarely face the challenge.
Seeds of Sorrow, Blossoms of Joy
Zenavi

In *Seeds of Sorrow, Blossoms of Joy*, Zenavi explores the paradox of growth through a jar filled with potted heads adorned with crying flowers. These weeping blooms symbolize the emotional labor of self-discovery and creation. The jar, both a container and crucible, holds the delicate balance between pain and beauty. The tears reflect the unseen struggles of personal evolution, while the blossoms signify the joy that emerges through hardship. 14.98 Variation #1 - Mountain No Mountain series
Si Yi Shen
Starting bid: $250 SGD
I once walked with a First Nations man on his country in the Australian outback. Along the way, he showed me shells and bush medicines. Pointing towards a vast lake, he said, "If the lake doesn’t dry, the miners won’t come for the silica. Let’s hope for an abundant rainy season."
My practice interrogates place and memory in a digitally enabled world, with digital assemblage as my primary tool. Mountain No Mountain is a series of speculative landscapes that reflect my diasporic journey through walking and recording. It reconstructs a poetic dreamscape using fragments of digital media gathered through my accumulative practice. In an age of digital complexity, I weave these fragments together, reshaping my sense of 'place.' My work deconstructs and reassembles these elements, reflecting the intricate complexities of diasporic identity—a slippage between reality and imagination.
The Dark Angel
buvra

Starting bid: $1,500 SGD
"The Dark Angel" highlights the urgency of ocean conservation and global warming through a striking, unsettling narrative. The giant dark sea urchin symbolizes nature's response, while the motionless bodies among the floating swim rings underscore the gravity of the issue and humanity's apathy.
The Sound of Sorrow
The Post War Idioma

Starting bid: $150 SGD
*The Sound of Sorrow* from the *AMANI* series captures the poignant intersection of music, melancholy, and displacement. A solitary figure, submerged in water, plays a piano amidst a somber, desolate landscape. The surrounding stillness, disrupted by a single bird in flight, evokes a deep emotional struggle—expressing both the burden of sorrow and a faint glimmer of hope. The murky water symbolizes life's trials, while the piano, partially submerged, suggests the persistence of beauty amidst hardship. *The Sound of Sorrow* invites the viewer to reflect on resilience and the power of art to transcend pain and adversity.
Journey of Reflection
Lila Sarin

Starting bid: $100 SGD
‘Journey of Reflection’’ captures the essence of self-discovery and introspection. The magnifying lens at the center sharpens the focus on the individual’s path, suggesting a search for meaning within the infinite. Distorted reflections within the lens blend reality and the surreal, celebrating the complexity of human perception.
